So I have been away from blogworld for a few days. We were hit by a stomach bug. The kiddies went down first, within minutes of each other, and then hubby and I followed suit a few hours later. Not an enjoyable few days 😦
A couple of things I thought about while recovering:
– we don’t drink enough water as a family. Water is pretty much all you live on for at least 24 hours when your ill, and I find it so hard to drink because I’m not used to it.
– we should really include some kind of probiotics in our diet. We don’t currently have any probiotics, and I think we should. I’m looking at getting some water kefir grains to make water kefir. Will post about it when I’ve tried it!
