Water Kefir – part 2

I’m pretty sure my grains are growing – they seemed to have doubled in just 3 days!

For the third brew, I decided to use white sugar instead, as the brown sugar gave the water a very strong taste. I also had to use plain tap water. I forgot to boil some water prior to changing it over, to remove the chlorine, so I hope I don’t kill the kefir!

The kefir water from the second brew has been in the fridge overnight, but I have not added any flavourings yet. I think I may get some raspberries to add to it!
