I usually have a fruit based breakfast once or twice a week. This morning was banana, Greek yogurt, blueberries and passion fruit.
The passion fruit was something new for me, and very enjoyable.
Passion fruit eaten with the seeds and pulp intact, (rather than straining for juice) provides many nutritional benefits. It has a high fiber and protein content, as well as providing vitamins A and C, folate and plant based iron.
I love it that all these natural yummy fruits have so much to benefit us!
