I made these to take to a family gathering over Easter. There are normally lots of sugar and flour laden cakes around so these were a nice alternative.
It was the first time I had made them, so was a little unsure how they would turn out, but they were lovely! A perfect cakey texture.
I did cheat a little and used regular peanut butter instead of homemade nut butter… but there’s always next time!
I also added an egg to give them a more cake like texture.
