Hmm, I partly blame the lack of selection of fruit and veg in the house, but mostly I was wanting coffee or chocolate, or anything that I probably don’t need. I decided to try making a mocha flavour green smoothie, but really, just stick to fruit and veg!
If you would like to try it, the ingredients were;
1 banana
1/2 cucumber
1 dessert spoon peanut butter
1 dessert spoon raw cacao powder
1tsp instant coffee
2 handfuls baby spinach
Water
