Sorry, not the best picture!
So this is my third green smoothie of the day, trying to detox! Missing regular food though. (Junk food cravings kicking in!)
I have had beetroot juice before and I found it a bit too strong, so I only used a small piece of beetroot this time. It went well with the orange.
I could perhaps have blitzed it for a little longer, as it was rather “bitty”, but the flavour was nice.
Ingredients;
1 orange, peeled
1 slice of lemon, peeled
1 chunk of beetroot (approx half a small beetroot or 1/4 large one)
1 slice watermelon
2 handfuls baby spinach
