Carrot and ginger smoothie

Day 2 of smoothies – breakfast

Carrot juice is lovely, I think next time I will just add carrot juice instead of blending whole carrots. Carrot stays very pulpy when put in a smoothie, making it a little hard to drink, as you feel the need to chew each mouthful.

This tasted good with the ginger and lime, so may try a different variation next time.

Ingredients;

3 medium carrots
1 green apple
1 small piece of ginger
1/2 lime (squeezed)
Water
