Roast Veg

Enough with the smoothies! I was in need of some solids, and roast dinner was on the menu for everyone else. I decided some roast veg would not go amiss.

Vegetables I roasted;
Red and Green Peppers
Sweet Potato
Onion
Beetroot

I also had mashed carrot and swede, and steamed kale.
Eating less over the last couple of days seems to have allowed my stomach to shrink, as I was full up very quickly.

I have to say, I felt like I had more energy today; no usual afternoon crash. I will try to keep up the clean eating and see how things go. More juices and smoothies, but with some solid veg thrown in to keep me sane!
