Orange and Flaxseed Smoothie

Back on track with the smoothies (I hope!) I may just stick to smoothies for breakfast, and veggies for lunch and dinner.

This smoothie has quite a thick, creamy texture, due to the flaxseed.

The milled flaxseed I used was actually a mix of flaxseed, goji berry, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. You can just use plain flaxseed though, milled or whole should be fine.

Ingredients;

1 banana
1 orange, squeezed
1 handful baby spinach
2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
