Clean eating is definitely the way to go. I thought I ate well, but once you make a conscious decision to cut out all processed and refined foods, it is surprising how much you then cut out.
I know I feel better for eating well. I still struggle with the temptation of sugary processed foods, but I feel less tired and have even lost some of my baby fat that didn’t want to budge!
I challenge everyone to give it a try for a couple of weeks, and tell me how you get on 🙂
