This is basically a flapjack type recipe, which I made in cup cake cases, but you could also bake it on a tray and use as granola.
I normally do a “non chocolate” version, but I needed something a little chocolatey to snack on!
Ingredients;
– 2 cups oats (use gluten free if preferred)
– 1 cup flaked almonds
– 1 cup dried cranberries
– 1/2 cup buckwheat
– 1/2 cup quinoa
– 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/2 cup milled flaxseed mix
– 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1 cup coconut oil (or butter)
– 1 cup honey
– 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
– Mix together all the dry ingredients, except the cacao.
– Melt the butter, coconut oil and cacao in a saucepan.
– Combine everything together.
– Spoon into cake cases or spread out on a tray, and bake for 20-30 mins at 180°C.
