Amazeballs!

I am taking part in Foo Foo fun club classes, and part of it involves looking at what we eat. Amazeballs are recommended as a healthy snack alternative. I had a go at making two sorts this week. I just used what I had in the cupboard.

Now they are in the fridge ready for those fridge browsing moments!

Recipe 1; (approximate quantities)

– 1 handful almonds
– 1 handful dried apricots
– 1 handful dried prunes
– 1 handful sunflower seeds
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
– almond flour to roll them in

Recipe 2; (approximate quantities)

– 1 handful almonds
– 1/2 handful hazelnuts
– 1 handful dried apricots
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– milled flaxseed to roll them in
