Sweet Breakfast

If you are weaning yourself off sugary breakfast cereals, or sugar in tea and coffee, this is a great breakfast to curb your sugar cravings in the morning.

Berries contain natural sugars, but are also loaded with vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants, as is honey. Seeds provide healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients;

– 1 banana
– 1/4 cup blueberries
– 1/4 cup raspberries
– 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
– 1 teaspoon honey
