Spring Kickstart

Yes it’s been another two months since my last post. I’m still pretty tired out with looking after children and being pregnant, so some things get left behind.

My eating still hasn’t been the best over the last two months, and I have given in to sugar again 😦 With the weather being a bit nicer, I have found a bit of motivation to sort things out, so today I stocked up on fruit and veg, with the intention of doing a bit more juicing and smoothie making. Hopefully this will help lift my mood and get me off nasty processed foods again!
