Paleo Granola

I have not found a nice gluten free granola anywhere. It really is very easy to make, although pricey when using just nuts and seeds. If you are OK with oats then you could always bulk it out with some oats.

The ingredients listed below are just an example of quantities and what to add. You could use any nuts, seeds or dried fruit you like.

Ingredients:
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup linseeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup pecans, broken up
1 cup flaked almonds
1 cup milled linseeds
½ cup honey/maple syrup
½ cup butter/coconut oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup goji berries

Mix together all the nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
Melt the butter and honey in a pan and mix with the seeds.
Spread the mix on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 mins at 180°C.
When cooled, break up the granola and add the raisins and goji berries.
