Strawberry Smoothie

It’s all about the berries this morning! I’m currently battling the sugar cravings again, and it’s a real struggle. We need to listen to our bodies, but also be able to recognise when our bodies are taking through an addiction, and make wise choices instead.
Banana, strawberries, blueberries and coconut milk. Lots of goodness in here, and enough natural sweetness to ease me through the cravings. I also won’t feel bloated or tired after having this smoothie, so only good things going on here! 🍓 🍌

 

The best thing about putting your smoothie in a jam jar – put the lid on and take it with you! Finishing this off at my mums and kids exercise class.
