I like food, a lot. Over the past few years I have been reviewing what we eat as a family, and how we can make sure what we are putting into our bodies is actually good for us.

I have become vegan in the last few months, so recent posts will reflect this. Older posts may not be vegan. I mostly stick to gluten free and refined sugar free where possible. Please browse and leave helpful feedback πŸ™‚
