I had a bit of a juice craving today – feeling a bit under the weather so thought I could do with a vitamin boost!
Today’s juice was apple, carrot, baby spinach and ginger. The spinach makes it a bit of a murky colour, but it tastes great. Even my 1yr old tried some and asked for more!
Juicing really isn’t that hard. I need to do it more often, just waiting for a bit more kitchen space so I can have the juicer out all the time.
