This is one of my favourite quick desserts to whip up. Looks great, tastes great and no-one would know it doesn’t contain dairy or refined sugar.
I don’t always use the same quantities, so feel free to experiment with it to suit your preferences!
Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 dessert spoon honey or maple syrup
(for an even creamier mousse, add some coconut milk/coconut cream)
Stick them all in a blender and whizz until smooth!
In this instance I served it with some raw chocolate mulberry bits sprinkled on top. It is also great with fruit.
