There is nothing better than a plate of fresh, warm pancakes. I have finally found a recipe for healthy, gluten free pancakes that works, and it really couldn’t be easier!
Just use one banana and one egg per person (unless you are very hungry!) Mash the banana and whisk in the egg, or throw it all in the blender. Cook over a low heat, carefully flipping over. You may need to make them fairly small or they are hard to flip.
These are yummy and filling. Serve with honey, nuts or fruit, or crispy bacon! These are a hit with the kids too. Brilliant!
